In order to keep costs down we provide technical support and remote assistance via trouble ticket only. Technical support tickets are usually answered within 30 minutes of opening the ticket except during the wee night hours when it could take a couple hours to get an answer. Sales and billing support requests are usually answered within an hour of opening the ticket.
