Windows will require you to run OpenVPN as an administrator even if you are an administrator.

You can do this by following these steps.


1. Right click the desktop icon and click run as administrator.

If that works then you will want to make it run as administrator all the time

1. Right click the icon. Select properties in the Shortcut tab click Advanced and put a check in the Run as administrator check box.
