No, a VPN works in conjunction with your internet connection. It cannot be used to replace your internet connection. Think of the internet as a highway and you are a car on that highway. Your ISP would be the toll booth you pay to enter the highway. The website you want to visit is on the other side of a river, to get there you normally have to go over a bridge where everyone can see you. LiquidVPN is like a tunnel under the river.
