This happens when our DNS servers are not your default DNS servers. To check your DNS settings on a Mac OS X follow these steps.

  1. Open your System Preferences
  2. Open Network
  3. Open your connected adapter
  4. Select DNS
  5. Use the +/- symbols to add and remove DNS servers
  6. Make sure is the top DNS address.
