    Direct Impact:

    All customers using services in Chicago location might experience small network connectivity drops during first hour of maintenance window, i.e. from 04:00 CDT to 05:00 CDT. However, we would like to reserve the remaining time (until 09:00 CDT) for any unexpected situations, and we would like you to report any abnormalities (e.g. loss of connectivity, packet loss), so that our networking team can react and adjust the routing configuration accordingly.

    Reason:

    Due to recently observed drop in networking performance that affected up/download speeds for some of the services we are going to perform a series of troubleshooting tests and implement precautionary measures on our uplink level.
